After reviewing road conditions and the weather forecast, we have determined that we will go ahead and play our games tonight. Wrestlers will leave a little early at 1:45 for their competition. Boys JV basketball will start at 3:00pm. Go Beeters!

Good Morning Chinook Families,
Due to continued hazardous road conditions and with regard for student and staff safety, Chinook School District will be closed today. All athletic activities scheduled for today will be determined at a later time this morning. Please be safe today!

Hello Chinook Families, As most know, the roads are dangerous to drive on tonight. The administration will be up early tomorrow to check weather and roads to determine safety for the buses. Additionally we remind everyone that tardies will be excused for our out-of-town students tomorrow. Please call the school if you make the choice to stay home due to road safety and be checking our website or Facebook page in the morning for any change of plans to tomorrow's school day.

Hello Chinook Community,
On Friday and Saturday, December 13 and 14, the surrounding law enforcement agencies including the Chinook Police Department, Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, Border Patrol, and others will be conducting drills on the high school property. There will be numerous police vehicles surrounding the building throughout the two days. The building is closed to all staff, students, and visitors. The exception will be made for the basketball team leaving on Saturday, but that access will be limited to certain areas. The weight room and gym are closed to community access on these days. It should be noted that the law enforcement agencies will be conducting numerous drills using simunition, which makes the sound of gun shots and there will be participants playing the part of hostages so screams might be heard. This is only a drill. If you have any questions, please contact the school.
