If your student is an out-of-district student, you must complete the OUT-OF-DISTRICT ATTENDANCE AGREEMENT (FP-14.1), annually. The form is linked below, or you may obtain copies at the school office. This form is due by May 1st in order to keep your current seat. Please complete the parent section and return the form to the office no later than May 1st or you may lose priority.

The Meadowlark had some famous people visit today during the 5th grade Wax Museum. Students showed off their public speaking skills, then became wax figures portraying the person they researched. They created backdrops with pictures and captions and wrote research papers about their person. We are proud of their hard work!! Way to go 5th Grade!!
